1. Returns

We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, the amount will be automatically credited to your original method of payment.

Note: It may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.


3. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order. If you need assistance, feel free to reach out to support@bluly.shop.


4. Refund Processing Time

After we receive your return, refunds are processed within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.


5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting us as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, and the return process must be followed instead.


8. Change of Mind

If you change your mind after the item has shipped, you’re welcome to return it as long as it meets our return conditions. Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
